Recently, I spoke with a large church in Kansas City and one of the leaders asked if I could preach in their four worship services about generational differences and lead training for their staff and volunteer leaders. But as I listened for a half hour as they described the challenges and opportunities of their church, it became clear to all of us that in addition to understanding generational differences, their staff and volunteer leaders needed to understand growth plateaus, The 6 Change Reactions, and developing lay leaders.

That’s what I love to do: listen to what you need and then pull pieces from these topics and other content, add in a dose of my expertise, and propose something that exactly meets your needs. If God has the hairs on our heads numbered, then a speaker at least ought to pay attention to what you want. If I can’t deliver what you need, I’ll tell you.
